Restoring Community War Memorials and Avenues of Honour Grant Program

The Restoring Community War Memorials and Avenues of Honour Grant Program supports communities in Victoria to ensure local war memorials, honour rolls and avenues of honour are restored to their original condition or improved to reflect the service history of the local community.

Funding range

Grants up to $20,000 (excluding GST) are available. Grants are paid exclusive of GST and only one application can be made per project.

Eligibility

Ex-service organisations, local government authorities, not-for-profit organisations and educational institutions are eligible provided the project is based in Victoria. Unincorporated organisations may arrange for an incorporated organisation to act as an auspice on their behalf.

Open dates

This funding round opened on 28 November 2016 and closes 14 February 2017 at midnight. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted. Successful applications will be announced end of April - early May 2017. There are two funding rounds per year.
