Appointment and Remuneration Guidelines for Victorian Government Boards, Statutory Bodies and Advisory Committees

These Guidelines outline principles and procedures for the recruitment, selection, appointment and remuneration of part-time non-executive directors and members of statutory authorities, advisory committees and the boards of Government Business Enterprises (operating under the State Owned Enterprises Act 1992 (Vic), the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and other Acts). These Guidelines also apply to unpaid appointments.
