Case study: Urban Communities Kensington

The Kensington redevelopment is a collaborative endeavour between the Department of Human Services, Urban Communities Limited (a not for profit property management and urban renewal company), Becton (a property developer) and the tenants and the Kensington local community.

This case study examines public sector innovation in using a new partnership-driven approach to public and social housing in the transformation of the Kensington estate.
