DPC Delivers

The Department of Premier and Cabinet has a strong reputation for the provision of high quality advice, innovative thinking and policy reform, commitment to an enduring and independent public service and, importantly, being a great place to work. 

Our Corporate Plan 2011–2014 is about continuing to deliver on the promises of our reputation and improving our performance for both the Premier and the department. 

We aim to achieve four main objectives:

• Advice and support: Providing high quality strategic advice on current and emerging issues.
• Leadership: Finding innovative solutions to complex issues faced by our economy and society.
• Implementation: Working with other departments and groups to maximise whole-of-government benefits in public policy implementation.
• Organisational capability: Providing a challenging, dynamic and stimulating workplace that is well-regarded.
