Does DPC have flags available for loan?

How can I receive flag notifications?

What are the flora and fauna emblems of Victoria?
The emblems are:
- Common or Pink Heath (flora)
- Helmeted Honeyeater (avian)
- Common or Weedy Seadragon (marine)
- Leadbeater’s Possum (fauna)
