A Third Wave of National Reform
The reform agenda that has driven Australia's economic prosperity over the last two decades is now at an historic turning point. Australia faces big challenges over coming decades. With the right policies, we can not only meet those challenges but seize the opportunity to become one of the world’s leading economies.
Victoria is now proposing a third wave of national reform for Australia. To advance public discussion about national reform, the Premier of Victoria has prepared a paper:
The Third Wave paper builds upon earlier work commissioned by the Department of Premier and Cabinet on a collaborative approach to federalism, especially in the areas of infrastructure, workforce skills, health and education. For more information, please access the 2005 National Reform Agenda
