Master Agency Media Service (MAMS)

MAMS is the contract for booking and placing advertising in metropolitan, regional, interstate or even international media. As a whole of Government contract, appointed media buying agencies undertake the work of media planning, placing, buying and related services for all Victorian Government users.

The suppliers of MAMS are:

• Advertising: Mitchell and Partners, Melbourne
• Recruitment: ZenithOptimedia, Melbourne

As of 1 July 2008, there have been some changes to the MAMS Policy and Contract Guidelines. All MAMS contract users in the Victorian Government can access the Policy by visiting Central Station.
