The State Services Authority and Industrial Relations Victoria are responsible for employment issues in the Victorian Public Sector. The following policies and practices relate to employment in DPC and the wider Victorian Public Sector.

• Public Sector Employment
  Information about industrial relations policy statements, including information on separation and redundancy packages. This links to Business Victoria's website.

• VPS Code of Conduct
  The current Code of Conduct for the Victorian Public Sector was published by the Commissioner for Public Employment in 2003 and continues to apply. This link will take you to the Codes on the State Services Authority website.

• Victorian Public Service Agreement 2006
  Includes core terms and conditions plus the DPC Appendix for Ministerial Chauffeurs. On the Business Victoria Website.

• Executive Employment
  The employment arrangements for executives in the Victorian Public Service and some Declared Authorities in the Victorian public sector have special conditions.
