Panels & Contracts

The Victorian Government has established a number of panels to ensure uniformity in Government procurement. Panels and contracts aim to achieve value for money in Government procurement while maintaining the highest standards of probity, minimising risk and maximising opportunities for local businesses.

Currently there are two panels and two contracts that relate to the purchasing of print services, media, communications, advertising and creative services.

Master Agency Media Service (Media Buying) - Mandatory

Marketing Services Panel (Advertising & Communications Services) - Mandatory

Print Management Contract (Printing) - Mandatory

Market Research Panel (Market Research Services) - Mandatory fo DPC, Optional for other Government Departments
