Office of the Chief Parliamentary Counsel 
The Office of the Chief Parliamentary Counsel is responsible for writing Bills introduced into Parliament by the Victorian Government and managing contracts for the printing of legislation.
Office of the Governor 
The Governor represents the Queen as Head of State of Victoria, exercising the powers and functions of Head of State and fulfilling the constitutional responsibilities of the Office of the Governor. The Office of the Governor advises on legal, policy and constitutional issues, and organises constitutional and ceremonial duties, community engagements and visits throughout Victoria and overseas.
Office of the Ombudsman 
The Office of Ombudsman was established under the Ombudsman Act 1973. The principal function of the Victorian Ombudsman is to investigate complaints concerning administrative actions taken by any government department, public statutory body or by officers or employees of any municipality to which the Act applies.
Public Record Office Victoria 
Public Record Office Victoria (PROV) is the archives of the State Government of Victoria. The Office holds records from the beginnings of the colonial administration of Victoria in the mid-1830s to today. Public Record Office Victoria manages these records for use by both the government and people of Victoria.
State Services Authority 
The State Services Authority was established by the Public Administration Act 2004. The State Services Authority is vested with a number of functions designed to foster the development of an efficient integrated and responsive public sector which is highly ethical, accountable and professional in the ways it delivers services to the Victorian Community.
